Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, laundry, janitorial, or floor care work preferred.
• Experience in a senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or long‑term care environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate housekeeping, laundry, and floor care equipment safely.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and resident satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in interactions with residents, families, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas according to established cleaning schedules.
• Empty trash and replace liners in resident rooms and community common areas.
• Review and maintain cleanliness of laundry area; sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively to maintain floors in good condition.
