Job Description
Washes all soiled linens, towels, and napkins, or other assigned items, ensuring they are properly ironed, folded, and stocked according to department procedures and standards to exceed guest satisfaction. Maintains cleanliness of the laundry room and reports any damage, mechanical deficiencies, or suspicious activities.
Prior hotel or laundry experience is desirable. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work at a quick pace, grasp objects, reach, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity, environmental exposure to heat, humidity, noise, vibration, chemicals, and potential hazards are involved. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors.
