Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in our Westlake Health Campus facility in Commerce, MI. You will be responsible for resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and employee spaces in compliance with Trilogy standards and regulations.

The role includes daily and deep cleaning tasks, isolation cleaning, and laundry duties for residents. A high school diploma or GED/HSE is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees (rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and employee areas).
• Perform daily cleaning and deep cleaning for move-ins/move-outs and isolation cleaning per infection control procedures.
• Ensure spaces and equipment are properly stored and maintained, including before breaks or end of day.
• Handle laundering tasks: washing, drying, delivering and storing resident laundry and linen; proper equipment usage and labeling.

Position Overview

The Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner in accordance with Trilogy Standards and Federal & State regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees. This includes resident rooms & bathrooms, common areas, offices and employee areas.
• Perform daily cleaning assignments, deep cleaning assignments for move-ins & move-outs, as well as isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures.
• Ensure that work & assigned areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, mealtimes, and the end of the workday.
• If performing laundry tasks, this will include but not be limited to washing & drying resident laundry and linen, delivering and putting away all laundered items, proper usage, storage and maintenance of all equipment, and labeling resident laundry.
