Qualifications

• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals and solutions.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel and residents at their current maturity level.
• 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning schedules outlined by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish fixtures and surfaces.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain laundry.
• Clean floors daily and maintain cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste properly and line trash with liners.
• Follow safety precautions when using equipment and chemicals.
• Use PPE when handling infectious materials or hazardous waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
