Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens.
• Ensure residents' personal clothing is properly labeled and cared for.
• Maintain laundry equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Clean resident and common areas, including offices, lounges, hallways, restrooms, and entrances.
• Perform routine and terminal cleaning of resident rooms.
• Vacuum, shampoo carpets, empty trash, and replenish supplies.
• Assist in maintaining infection control and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and nursing staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
