Job summary

Gastonia Health & Rehab Center is seeking a part-time housekeeping associate to clean resident rooms and community spaces, helping keep the facility safe, welcoming, and comfortable for residents and staff.

Shifts are two weekdays and weekends, wage $15.00 per hour, with benefit eligibility after 30 days and options like Daily Pay. You will follow health and infection control standards and support laundry and environmental services as directed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be currently enrolled in a high school program.
• Must have related experience sufficient to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and interior/exterior community areas.
• Provide efficient laundry delivery services.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Shift and Wage:

• Part-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 2 Weekdays and Weekends
• Wage: $15.00 per hour
