Job summary

Hilton Austin is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, report discrepancies, and coordinate with maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure every stay meets Hilton's promise of hospitality.

In this role you’ll train Room Attendants, respond to guest requests promptly, and support operations to keep rooms ready for check-in.

• Ensure maintenance resolutions: Complete and submit work orders to address any repair or maintenance issues

• Assist in team training: Help train Room Attendants to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Delight our guests: Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
