Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards. You will coach associates, manage supplies, and assist with cleaning duties as needed to support an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll verify inventories, report maintenance issues promptly, and uphold HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines while maintaining safety and quality in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify supplies and linens are stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work complies with standards and HHM values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed to support operations.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department and follow up.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits and wear PPE as required.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Focus

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.

• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.

• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, as well as HHM core values.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.

• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.

• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.

• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.

• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.

• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.

• Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.

• Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
