Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a Houseperson to join our dedicated housekeeping team on the California coast. You’ll help keep public areas spotless and ensure guest comfort through thorough cleaning and attentive service.

Shift pattern includes mornings, weekends and holidays. We offer complimentary parking, meals during shifts, and travel perks through Hilton's benefits program.

Responsibilities

As a Houseperson, you’re not just ensuring the cleanliness of designated areas of the hotel – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a Houseperson to join the housekeeping team.

Nestled on California's Central Coastline, just steps from pristine beaches, the property celebrates Santa Barbara's culture and history across its 24-acre resort, featuring 360 spacious rooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. The property also provides complimentary parking and complimentary meal during your shifts.

Shift Pattern: Mornings, weekends and holidays are required

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Keep public areas spotless: Maintain cleanliness of designated areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock and organize supply rooms to support efficient housekeeping operations
• Handle special projects: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors
• Support property maintenance: Identify and report any repair needs or maintenance deficiencies to ensure a well‑kept property
