Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Houseperson to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Hyatt's standards.

You will work with the housekeeping team, assist Room Attendants, deliver linen, and respond to guest requests in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work mornings and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Flexible schedule including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel and assist Room Attendants.
• Deliver linen to floors and sort linen in the linen shoot.
• Handle guest requests and lost items promptly and professionally.
• Transport bins and respond to housekeeping needs in a fast-paced setting.

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space.The 18-story new-build hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Responsibilities include delivering. linen to the floors as needed, and assisting Room Attendants with stripping linen off guest beds. They will also be responsible for tending to guest needs such as: lost and found items, additional amenities, and responding to all requests and questions timely & efficiently. This position will work in rotation with other housepersons as linen shoot sorter by loading soiled linen into the bins and transport bins to appropriate location. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position. This position requires flexibility availability, including mornings and evenings.
