Job summary

The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus, and a combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Ability to read labels and communicate guest needs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide behind‑the‑scenes support to the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts and deliver supplies to guest rooms as needed.
• Assist with cleaning tasks and room resets as required by the team.
• Report to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
