Job summary

Bellingham West Chester is hiring a hospitality-focused Floor Tech Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This full-time role primarily performs daily floor cleaning throughout the community, and supports general housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.

You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, operate floor cleaning machines, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Housekeeping experience in Hotel or Senior Living Communities preferred.

Responsibilities

Bellingham West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality focused Floor Tech Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is mainly responsible for daily floor cleaning throughout the community., as well as assisting with general housekeeping and laundry functions when needed.

Schedule:

Full-time opportunity with possible late evenings; rotating weekends required

Salary:

$17/hour

• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions, specifically cleaning and maintaining all common area floors and hallway floors to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Previous Housekeeping experience in Hotel or Senior Living Communities preferred.
