Job summary

Bellingham West Chester is recruiting a hospitality focused Floor Tech/Housekeeping Associate to join our team. This position is mainly responsible for daily floor cleaning throughout the community., as well as assisting with general housekeeping and laundry functions when needed.

Full-time opportunity with possible late evenings; rotating weekends required. You will be part of a community that values resident well-being and teamwork while providing a clean, safe environment for all residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to six months of experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
• Experience with professional floor cleaning machines.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotel or senior living communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions, specifically cleaning and maintaining all common area floors and hallway floors to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
