Job summary

The Navigators, Glen Eyrie property, seeks a Housekeeping & Event Services role to maintain an organized, clean environment for guests and meetings. Responsibilities include daily room cleaning, public area upkeep, and meeting room setup, with timely mail delivery and guest assistance.

Position supports the organization’s gospel-centered mission and requires basic computer skills and prior customer service or cleaning experience. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to The Navigators mission.
• Experience: At least three months of customer service experience; three months of cleaning/janitorial preferred.
• Technical: Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping duties in guest rooms and public areas.
• Set up meeting rooms and deliver mail across buildings.
• Assist guests (luggage, setup) and respond to needs.
• Submit time worked daily via Workday; participate in staff devotions and meetings.
