Job summary

Tellico Village in Loudon, TN seeks a Housekeeping Director for Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. You will supervise the housekeeping team, ensure sanitary, attractive, and orderly living areas, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting resident comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates bring housekeeping/laundry experience and a professional appearance, with a passion for senior care and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience required.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings highly preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Housekeeping Director, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State, and Local ordinance and regulations. You will also supervise and coordinate the housekeeping program to maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry required
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
