ACE Hardware in Prescott Valley, AZ is hiring a Warehouse/Facilities Associate to support daily operations. The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and efficient material handling. You’ll work Sunday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm, receive weekly pay and strong benefits—PTO, health coverage, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace.
• Contribute to a successful safety culture in the facility.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shift and hours.

Responsibilities

• Drives through the facility and manages trash disposal and baling.
• Clears cardboard jams in the overhead conveyor.
• Cleans up all spills.
• Perform landscaping and winter maintenance activities.
• Assist battery charging/changing in electric trucks.
• Keep floors and work areas clean and tidy.
• Operate the floor scrubber.

Shift Details Sunday-Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Drives through the facility, dumps trash into containers, compacts/bales trash, and moves bales to storage.

• Clears cardboard jams in the overhead conveyor.

• Cleans up all spills.

• Landscaping, shovels snow, uses snow blower, sweeps walks.

• Assists battery charging and battery changing in all electrically powered trucks.

• Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and keep work areas neat and clean.

• Drive the scrubber.
