Job summary

NCG Cinemas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Crew member to keep auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and concession areas spotless and inviting across locations. You will clean, vacuum, wipe surfaces, and restock supplies between shows, with a focus on safety and guest experience.

This role requires overnight and early morning availability (12:00 AM–12:00 PM), the ability to lift 40–50 lbs, and a dependable, team-oriented work style. PPE compliance and attentiveness to details are essential.

Responsibilities

• Auditoriums: Blow out all auditoriums nightly; vacuum carpets and under recliners; clean cupholders and seats; wipe seats and snack trays; sweep, mop, and reset between shows; support deep cleans (gum removal, stain treatment, seat rails, handrails).
• Restrooms: Clean toilets and urinals; restock supplies; maintain high-frequency sanitation and odor control; clean faucets and sinks; clean glass and sanitary boxes.
• Lobby, Hallway & Concessions: Vacuum carpets; clean glass doors; empty trash; sweep/mop floors; keep stockroom organized; follow PPE and chemical safety.
• Grounds / Exterior: Pick up trash in parking lot and landscaping; change exterior trash receptacles as needed.
• Safety & Reporting: Post wet floor signage; report hazards; follow recycling programs.

Key Responsibilities

Auditoriums

• Blow out all auditoriums nightly; vacuum all carpeted areas and vacuum under recliners a minimum of twice per week
• Maintain cleanliness of cupholders and seats; wipe down seats and snack trays as needed
• Sweep, spot mop, wipe armrests, empty trash, and reset cupholders/seats between shows
• Support deep cleans: gum removal, stain treatment, seat rail/base cleaning, and handrail disinfection

Restrooms

• Clean all toilets and urinals top to bottom every shift; clean faucets and sink bowls
• Change sanitizer liners and restock paper, soap, and other supplies as needed
• Maintain high-frequency touchpoint sanitation, odor control, and clean glass, displays, and sanitary boxes

Lobby, Hallway & Concessions

• Vacuum all carpeted areas, clean glass doors as needed, and empty trash throughout the lobby and hallway
• Sweep, mop, and degrease front-of-house floors; maintain drains, carpets, and trash compactor handling
• Keep stockroom organized; follow chemical safety (SDS), proper mixing, and PPE requirements

Grounds / Exterior

• Pick up trash and debris from the parking lot and landscaping
• Change exterior trash receptacles as needed

Safety & Reporting

• Post wet floor signage and promptly address and report hazards to management
• Report maintenance issues and follow the site recycling program

Shift Schedule:

This position requires overnight and early morning availability, with shifts scheduled anytime between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM, depending on business needs. Flexibility within this time range is required.
