• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish or other languages) preferred.
• Experience with specialty cleaning procedures for spa, fitness, or wellness facilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Ability to move throughout multiple areas of the property, including stairs when necessary.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions commonly found in hospitality facilities.
• Sufficient visual and physical capability to inspect and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties throughout scheduled shifts.
