Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant at Emory & Henry College to deliver high-quality cleaning with a service-oriented approach. You’ll help create a safe and healthy environment while representing the company with a customer-friendly smile.

Candidates should be team-minded, adaptable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. Prior experience is not required, and a valid driver’s license is needed for certain sites.

Qualifications

• No previous work experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to contribute to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• May provide housekeeping services in client locations, including offices, dorms, classrooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
• May operate a golf cart or other vehicles as part of duties.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regular attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned depending on site and client needs.

Workdays/shifts: Weekdays – morning shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $14 per hour - $15 per hour

What You’ll Do: As an Housekeeping Attendant at Sodexo, you are an appearance care ambassador and hygiene hero. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service with a customer service smile to create a safe and healthy environment. Your passion for cleaning has a positive impact for those around you.

Responsibilities include:

• May provide housekeeping services in any location on client premises, including offices, patients’/residents’ rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention
• Complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas of the site are glistening.
• May drive a golf cart or other vehicles.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
