The Reserve at Lake Austin is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will perform daily cleaning of apartments and common areas, while supporting a team-focused culture in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas daily and weekly.
• Change and launder linens where applicable.

• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis (e.g., refrigerator defrosting, mattress turning, window washing).
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance needs promptly.
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures.
• Provide warm, professional customer service to residents and guests.
• Support new team members and attend required trainings.
• Perform additional housekeeping or light maintenance duties as needed.

Shift available: Sunday through Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm

General Summary

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for residents, visitors, and fellow team members. This position is essential to ensuring our community feels like home.

Housekeeping Attendant Key Responsibilities
