Qualifications

• Proven working experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.

• Proficient English language communications.

Responsabilités

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Create daily job lists and record serviced rooms
• Report on shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle guest complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies and licensing law

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing law
