Job summary

NHC HealthCare Rossville in Rossville, GA is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Assistant to help maintain clean, safe patient areas and common spaces. You will be part of a team dedicated to compassionate senior care.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient bathrooms, rooms, hallways and other areas, following center policies to ensure a welcoming environment. Prior housekeeping experience in healthcare is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient bathrooms including sinks, toilets, tubs and showers
• Empty garbage cans in patient rooms, patient bathrooms, activity areas and other areas throughout the center
• Clean patient rooms, including mopping and/or buffing floors, dusting furniture both on top and underneath
• Clean hallways, sweeping up debris, mopping, stripping and buffing following company and center policies and procedures
