The ideal candidate will assist with staff coordination, conduct inspections, monitor supplies, and provide professional service. We are dedicated to maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment for both residents and employees.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, healthcare facility, or hotel preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, cleaning chemicals, and infection control practices.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Director with daily department operations and staff coordination.
• Help assign tasks and monitor housekeeping staff to ensure duties are completed properly and on schedule.
• Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
• Address and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Assist with training and supporting housekeeping staff.
• Provide courteous and professional service to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Director.
