Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, welcoming facility. The role includes daily housekeeping tasks and dedicated laundry duties such as collecting, sorting, ironing, folding, stacking, hanging, and distributing laundry.

The successful candidate will support both housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring adherence to safety and health standards while providing excellent service to patients and staff in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior health-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing, and mopping.
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping services to ensure a clean and attractive facility in accordance with Life Care standards.

This position also includes the following laundry duties: collecting, sorting, ironing, folding, stacking, hanging, and distributing. Successful candidate will be performing the functions of both a housekeeping assistant, and a laundry assistant.
