Job summary

Coweta Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and support smooth facility operations with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

This full-time role includes a schedule of 6:00 am - 2:00 pm with a rotating 4 on/2 off pattern, and a benefits package that includes paid time off, holidays, education reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must maintain working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken, with staff, patients’ families and external customers.
• The physical demands include standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a computer, phone, etc. for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust surfaces.
• Wash windows.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture and generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures and hardware.

• 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 4 on, 2 off rotating schedule

Qualifications of Housekeeping Assistant

• High School Diploma or general equivalency is preferred
• 1 year of experience is preferred

• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally in conversation with different levels of staff, patient families and any outside customer
