Job summary

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC is hiring a Housekeeping and Laundry Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, handle laundry tasks, and support infection control and safety protocols while working 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM in a team-focused setting.

High school diploma or equivalent, reliability, and ability to work independently or with others are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in SNF or LTC setting preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the building.
• Safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and daily schedules.
• Support infection control and safety practices.
• Contribute to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Help with the Laundry.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the building
