Job summary

Westgate Resorts in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and managing linen and trash logistics. You will assist with room preparation, handling cribs/highchairs, and ensuring guest areas remain safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in guest and public areas and manage linen and trash logistics.
• Assist housekeepers with room preparation and delivery/removal of cribs and highchairs.
• Keep closets and supplies organized and safe, and report safety concerns.
• Respond to guest and owner requests professionally and promptly.
• Support training of new team members and collaborate with other departments.
