Job summary

White Oak Manor Waxhaw is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. The role includes cleaning patient and resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, with occasional laundry duties, and requires a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

The position offers a daytime shift (7am–3pm) with every other weekend, cross-training in housekeeping and laundry, and a benefits package including medical/vision/dental with enrollment after 30

We provide person-centered care to each of our customers, which includes providing each patient/resident with a clean and maintained environment and laundry service. White Oak Manor Waxhaw is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. We are located in Waxhaw, NC. We have a full-time Housekeeping Aide position opening. This position does provide a cross training in both housekeeping and laundry as to provide optimal opportunities. 1) full-time Housekeeping Aide schedule 7am - 3pm, with specific weekdays and every other weekend We are looking to fill this position with a kind, compassionate, and caring individual. This is a set and stable schedule that gives opportunity for work life balance. This position does require every other Saturday & Sunday working in the Environmental Department. Joining the Environmental Service Department provides an opportunity to meet lots of people within the facility and to work with a great team. A quick snapshot of job requirements include cleaning patient/resident's rooms, bathrooms and common areas by sweeping, dusting, mopping, removing trash from bins, routine tidying, organization of personal effects, restocking paper products in bathrooms and paying attention to detail. Providing a laundry service to all residents.
