Job summary

Residence Inn Seattle University District is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join our team. You will follow a detailed checklist to clean guest rooms, stock supplies, and assist guests with requests while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both AM and/or PM shifts as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage and front desk communications.
• Maintain communication with team via radio and uphold property information knowledge.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Follow grooming and uniform standards and operate safely with equipment.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs and follow a detailed shift checklist.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily detailed checklist to complete cleaning tasks.
• Remove soiled linen and replace with clean items.
• Deliver supplies to housekeepers and guest rooms as needed.
• Assist guests by delivering amenities and linen on request.
• Clean guest areas including lobby, corridors, and public spaces.
• Report any safety concerns and maintain room and storage cleanliness.
