Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a housekeeping aide to maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas in Ohio. You will follow facility policies, complete the daily cleaning schedule, and apply infection control practices to protect residents and staff.

This role also involves restocking supplies, assisting with laundry, performing deep cleans between moves, and helping with room changes as needed. Competitive wage based on experience plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Report/Restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with laundry duties.
• Deep cleans when rooms become empty.
• Room moves if needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning schedule in accordance with facility policy.
• Follow and perform infection control procedures.
• Ensure all safety measures are used when housekeeping duties are being performed (e.g. wet floor signs, chemicals are secured and labeled, etc.).
• Report/Restock any supplies that need to be replenished.
• Assist with laundry duties.
• Deep cleans when rooms become empty.
• Room moves if needed.
