Job summary

• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Keep common spaces clean and stocked with supplies.
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms before guest arrival.
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, and do laundry as needed.
• Answer general questions from guests.
• Report lost and found items and needed repairs.

Responsibilities

• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Answer general questions from guests
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred

• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
