Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina, a SanStone Health & Rehabilitation facility in Pinehurst, NC, is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join our caring team. The role focuses on maintaining clean and safe environments for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning patient rooms, restrooms, lobbies, and offices, sweeping and mopping floors, and restocking supplies while following facility guidelines for safety and disinfection. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, patient rooms, offices, halls, nurses' stations, dining rooms, and beauty parlor.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean rugs, carpets, and furniture.
• Clean toilets, sinks, and other restroom fixtures.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and baseboard. Wash walls, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets, and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies for hand washing at sink areas and disposable gloves for nursing.
• Clean and disinfect oxygen machines and other equipment.
• Clean patient beds, mattress, furniture, drawers, bathroom, and closet when patient has been discharged.
• Follow guidelines for labeling of cleaning supplies, wearing appropriate personal protection equipment, etc. and label products and bottles according to facility guidelines.
