Job summary

Vivo Healthcare in Florida is seeking housekeeping aides with a positive attitude, a great work ethic, and a love for working with residents in an LTC & REHAB setting. This role supports resident comfort and facility cleanliness.

You will follow cleaning procedures, keep areas sanitary and odor-free, assist with room changes, and ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is well maintained. A high school diploma and prior housekeeping experience are preferred, with reliability and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows cleaning and service instructions as outlined by ES Director.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
• Completes scheduled assignments in each area.
• Ensures areas are odor-free.
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs.
• Maintains equipment in clean condition and returns it after use.
• Assists with room changes as needed.

• Follows specific cleaning and service instructions as outlined by the Director of Environmental Services
• Follows cleaning procedures in a safe manner
• Completes all assignments scheduled in each area
• Insures that all areas assigned are sanitary and odor free
• Checks stock and notifies Supervisor of supply needs
• Maintains equipment in good clean condition and returns it to proper location after use
• Assists with room changes, as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience
• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.
