Job summary

WellBridge of Novi is seeking Housekeeping Aides to maintain a clean, pleasant environment for guests and residents. You will attend to resident areas, public spaces, and support offices, delivering hospitality in every interaction.

Full-time or part-time roles with rotating weekends and some holidays; days and afternoons; no late nights. Starting wage $15.15/hour plus HERO pay $0.85/hour, with yearly increases and benefits such as tuition reimbursement, 401k match, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Attend to multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors.
• You may be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
