Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Housekeeping Aide at Cypress Grove Rehab Center in Newburgh, Indiana. This full-time daytime position provides cleaning and laundry services to create a safe, sanitary, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will contribute to a caring team that upholds the C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence—through reliable service, teamwork, and a respectful demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
  • High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cleaning services for residents' rooms and common areas.
  • Handle laundry and maintain a sanitary environment for residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a safe, homelike atmosphere for all.

Full Time Day Hours Available

Our housekeeping staff provides cleaning and laundry services for a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
