Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Housekeeping Aide for Creekside Village in Mishawaka, IN. This full-time role provides cleaning and laundry services to ensure a safe, sanitary, homelike environment for residents, staff, and guests.

You will support residents with a caring, team-oriented approach, requiring physical stamina for daily cleaning tasks and adherence to CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).

Responsibilities

Full-Time

Our housekeeping staff provides cleaning and laundry services for a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Skills Needed:

• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.

• Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength and endurance to provide cleaning services to our residents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
