AVIR Health Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our caring team in Texas. This role supports residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment and by providing laundry services in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred when applicable.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping duties to keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe.
• Handle and launder resident clothing and linen with proper infection control.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment in full compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support residents’ independence and comfort through attentive service.

In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a key part in enhancing resident independence, comfort, and overall quality of life through exceptional housekeeping and laundry services
