The Waters of Smyrna in Smyrna, TN is hiring for Full Time and Part Time Housekeepers. Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, you will clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow written and oral directions, strong English communication, and the capability to work independently or with supervision.

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

Housekeepers are responsiable for :

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents
• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision
• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
