Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Aide to maintain cleanliness throughout a long-term care facility in Florence, AL. Shift is 7am-3:30pm with additional weekend options; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, daily pay, PTO, and more.

The Environmental Services team values reliable, detail-oriented workers with strong communication skills. Training and orientation are provided, with opportunities for career advancement within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials.
• Process the linen for the facility and personal residents clothing.
• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
