Care Initiatives in Avoca, IA is hiring a Housekeeping Aide at Avoca Specialty Care. You will perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

As part of a compassionate team across our 40+ skilled nursing communities, you will interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff while upholding sanitation and infection prevention standards.

• Carry out daily housekeeping and laundry duties following established task lists and procedures to support cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well‑organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and service areas with attention to detail, sanitation, and infection prevention while collaborating effectively with the care team.
• Engage respectfully and professionally with residents and guests, contributing to a positive and supportive facility atmosphere.
