Botkin Care and Rehab in Wellington, KS is seeking a part-time weekend Housekeeping Staff member to join our caring team. You will clean resident spaces and maintain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Your daily duties include cleaning rooms, restrooms, and common areas with attention to detail while providing friendly, responsive service to residents and staff. Weekend shifts are required, and ongoing training is provided.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

As a Housekeeping team member, you play a vital role in our community. You clean the resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas.With a close eye for detail, you ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.

Your WARM and FRIENDLY demeanor makes it easy for you to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and your colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

• Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

WORK SCHEDULE

These healthcare positions work 8-hour shifts on days or a split shift, and must work every other weekend.
