Job summary

ELS is hiring for a Housekeeper in Welches, Oregon. You will clean resort offices, clubhouses, cabins and rentals to ensure a five-star guest experience, store and manage cleaning supplies, and assist maintenance and other staff as needed.

Responsibilities include guest inquiries, resolving issues with a positive attitude, and possibly driving a vehicle for errands. Weekend and holiday work is required; a valid license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort offices, clubhouse, public areas and models (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash).
• Clean cabins and rentals to prepare for new guests.
• Maintain rentals and common areas to company standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist with resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Solve guest-related problems with a positive attitude.
• May drive a motorized vehicle for errands or supplies.
• Work closely with management to ensure integrated resort operations.
