Job summary

Club Wyndham Kingsgate Resort in Williamsburg is hiring friendly housekeeping staff to join our team. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts; hourly pay starts at 15.26 USD with various day/evening/night options. Applicants must pass a background check and show eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. We value teamwork, reliability, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

• Clean guest rooms and public areas throughout the resort. Provide excellent service and quality to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where guests can relax.
• Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
• Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

HOSP Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 15.26 USD Hourly

Work Shift: Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team at Club Wyndham Kingsgate Resort in Williamsburg!

Full time/part time positions available. Day/Evening/Night shifts available.

• Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
