Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced housekeeper for a contract role. Expect a 40-hour workweek with every other Sunday, cleaning restrooms, offices and designated spaces, and maintaining supplies and safety procedures.

Prior housekeeping experience preferred; reliable transportation and punctual attendance are important. Candidates should be able to stand, walk, bend and lift during shifts and work independently with a professional demeanor.

Job Description

Location: Winter Park, FL

Pay: $15/hr

Schedule: 40 hours/week | Every other Sunday required

Duration: Contract; additional shifts may be assigned based on facility needs

Job Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and designated spaces

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas

Empty trash and replace liners

Refill cleaning and restroom supplies

Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures

Report maintenance or safety concerns

Maintain a professional and positive attitude with residents and staff

Support the housekeeping team as needed

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
