Job summary

Onsite Wellness Group is seeking a dedicated hospitality staff member to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. The role focuses on turnover and prep of programs, with attention to detail in housekeeping duties across rooms and common areas.

The position supports a 5AM–2PM shift, requires weekend availability, and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical coverage paid by the employer, a 401K plan, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • General knowledge of housekeeping duties preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Make beds and verify quality of bed coverings, flip mattresses to distribute wear.
  • Wash, dry, and fold laundry; bundle and deliver laundry to rooms; maintain inventory storage.
  • Provide toilet and facial tissue, soap and cups to guest rooms and order inventory as needed.
  • Dust furnishings and fixtures; polish furniture and woodwork.
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers; report drainage or leaks immediately.
  • Mop or vacuum floors, empty trash, and report maintenance issues as needed.

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for all clients, staff members, and visitors through the daily, weekly, and monthly activities related to program turnover and/or preparation. The ideal candidate will:

  • Make beds and verify quality of bed coverings; flip mattresses to equally distribute wear to the furnishings and prolong life of physical assets when needed; report defects to the Hospitality Supervisor Wash, dry, and fold laundry; bundle and deliver laundry to rooms; maintain and store excess inventory as needed; maintain a clean and healthy laundry and inventory storage facility
  • Provide toilet and facial tissue, soap and plastic cups to guest rooms; maintain and order inventory of these items as needed
  • Dust furnishings and fixtures, including windowsills, baseboards, cabinets, etc. as required for cleanliness of guest cabins and the mansion; polish furniture, banisters, woodwork, and other items on a regular and scheduled basis
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers; report any and all drainage or leaking issues immediately
  • Mop or vacuum floors, rugs, and carpets
  • Empty trash
  • Report maintenance issues, client contraband, lost/found items, etc. to Hospitality Supervisor as needed
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred;
  • General knowledge of various housekeeping duties preferred;
  • Valid driver’s license required.
