Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. You will support brand standards and guest satisfaction through attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, changing linens, restocking amenities, cleaning floors and public areas, reporting maintenance needs, and coordinating with Supervisors to update room status.

Housekeeping Room Attendant Overview

You are responsible for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments that allow our guests to relax and feel at home. Through attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall success of the property.

Room Attendants are ambassadors of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.

What you will be doing:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
