Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to perform daily cleaning of multi-family apartment community offices, resident amenities, vacant units and all common areas in Saint Clairsville, OH.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent, and you will be responsible for trash removal and laundry room sanitation. This role requires a High School diploma or GED, English literacy, and physical capability to lift up to 25

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of leasing offices, clubhouses, kitchens, models, hallways and other common areas.
• Work with Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
• Picks up and empties trash in leasing offices and common areas; cleans common area laundry rooms as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
