Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare is seeking candidates for our housekeeping team in Independence, Missouri. You will maintain a clean, well-presented facility, contribute to patient care, and join an active, fast-paced team with opportunities for advancement.

We offer same day pay and comprehensive benefits, with upper management engagement. Qualifications include a minimum 10th grade education, strong English language skills, and prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Formación

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Speak and Write the English language.
• Housekeeping experience - preferred.
• Must demonstrate some knowledge of general cleaning procedures and sanitation techniques.
• Must be able to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances.
• Must successfully complete thorough background screen.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments and established housekeeping procedures.
• Clean, wash, sanitize and polish furnishings.
• Clean floors/ bathrooms as necessary and directed.
• Spot check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed.
• Follow facility established safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies.
• Clean work/supply carts and equipment as necessary and directed.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings, in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs, as scheduled or called.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
