Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) seeks friendly hospital housekeepers to join our team at Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest. You will clean patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and support a safe, healing environment.

We offer flexible schedules with full-time and part-time positions; day, evening, and night shifts; English communication required; housekeeping experience in healthcare preferred; background checks and immunization requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective English communication and teamwork.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and neat appearance in uniform.
• Housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare environment preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned hospital areas including patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of designated areas.
• Follow cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly, kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
• Assist team and management to keep the department efficient.

Location: Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 13.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (United States of America) Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our housekeeping team! Provide a superior level of cleaning quality in a hospital environment. Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities

• Hospital Housekeeper Wage: $13/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available
• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare)

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
