TownePlace Suites Harmaville in Harmarville is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate. You will replenish supplies in guest rooms, change linens, and disinfect areas to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to work solo or with a small team within a larger hotel team. We value friendly, customer-focused staff and provide flexible schedules, seasonal work and full-time opportunities, with a path to advancement.

Formación

• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, moving constantly and able to lift 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills.
• Attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/ department.
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests.
